Terms And Policies

Minimum rental age: 25 (Exception applies to married couples and active military)

Reservation deposit: 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking

Final payment: 30 days before arrival date

Damage Deposit: $250.00 (due before the arrival date in the form of a credit card hold; in case of accidental damage. The hold will be released upon departure assuming no damage to the condo.)

Cancellation Policy: cancellations made 60 days before arrival receive a 100% refund

This townhouse can comfortably accommodate a party of 9. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the ground floor. The ground floor has a spacious, open layout with a full kitchen and living area. Stepping outside the back door leads into the private, screened-in patio and pool area. The front door is secured by an electronic deadbolt lock, for which a unique access code is provided to each guest. Once inside the front gate of the resort, it’s a stress-free, self-check-in process.

Optional Pool Heating

The private pool is not heated unless requested by the guest. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $10.00 per day.

Security Video Doorbell

The townhouse has a doorbell camera located at the outside of the front entry doorway; there are no other security recording devices located at the townhouse.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, along with plenty of clothing storage between a large wooden dresser, two nightstands, and a large closet. Extra outlets and USB plugins are located alongside the bed, atop the two nightstands. On the wall is a mounted TV, perfectly situated for viewing from the bed. There is a private, attached bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom.

The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a triple bunk bed, designed with kids in mind. This room can sleep a total of 5 guests, and boasts a large, mounted TV located in the center of the wall so that all guests can view it. The private, attached bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is only accessible from the bedroom.

A washing machine and dryer are located on the second floor, between the two upstairs bedrooms.

On the ground floor, near the front entrance is the final bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed along with an attached bathroom. There is a shower in the ground floor bathroom, with no tub. The bathroom has an additional entry from the common area, so it functions as the shared, ground-floor bathroom.
Kitchen and Living Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The coffee maker is a Keurig that can handle K-cups as well as standard coffee. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included. The open design of the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room.

Stepping into the living room, you’re met with a dining table ideal for enjoying a quick bite to eat before heading to the parks. After the day is over, enjoy relaxing on one of the two comfortable couches while being entertained by the enormous 75” smart TV mounted on the wall, which is easily viewable even from the kitchen.

During your stay, you’ll have access to complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of over 300 Mbps. The TVs in this townhouse are all equipped with both TiVo cable boxes as well as Roku streaming devices. Our Roku streaming devices are set up with guest mode enabled, so you can use all your favorite streaming platforms with full confidence that your information will be safely deleted after you depart. Located throughout the townhouse, and on either side of the beds, there are extra electrical outlets complete with standard and USB plugins, perfect for charging phones, laptops, and any other personal electronic devices.

When you’re ready to cool off in the Florida sun, there’s a private pool right outside the back sliding glass door. Easily watch the kids swimming from the comfort of the living room or kitchen. The pool area has seating as well as a child safety fence that can be set up within seconds.
On-Site Amenities

After a fun-filled day at the parks, don’t forget to explore the numerous amenities the resort has to offer. The kids will love the game room located inside the clubhouse, complete with arcade games, pool tables, a cinema, and more. Also located at the clubhouse is a fitness room, which is open daily, along with a convenience store, and even a Tiki Bar that serves food and has a full bar! Step outside to the pool deck and you’ll find an Olympic-size saltwater pool, whirlpool hot tub, children’s pool, and the kiddie splash pad. Surrounding the clubhouse there’s lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball courts, a beach volleyball court, and a children’s playground area.
Location

Conveniently located travel time to Disney parks and Disney Springs is only a 10–15-minute drive by car, and Universal parks are only a 20–25-minute drive. When you’re ready to grab a bite, there are plenty of popular, family-friendly restaurants located just 5-10 minutes away, including Bahama Breeze, Chuy’s, and Bonefish Grill. Walmart, Publix, CVS, and Walgreens are also located just 5-10 minutes away.

No parties or events.

Please do not keep the patio & entry doors open at the same time. This creates a draft that can cause major damage to the door frame or bodily injury if caught between.

Please lock front and back doors when leaving the property.

Please do not let the A/C run while the windows or patio door are open.
This will cause A/C to malfunction.
